In Croatia this summer I saw a young skinny guy on the dock waiting for a boat to Hvar. He was wearing a shirt with the Chuck Close selfportrait on it. I was immediately intrigued and wanted to talk to him (+++) I tried to hear what language he was speaking but I could´t figure it out because he was too far away. I was on the same boat, but I never saw him again. Bummer.

Stavanger-summer in Black and White by Kier
I love being home in Stavanger. I get to hang out and spend some quality time with friends. Kier and I usually spend most of our time driving around in my little white car (oh how I love that car), or playing backgammon and dirtyscrabble at a cafe called bøker og børst. It´s a good life :) I don´t have a camera anymore so all these photos are taken by and stolen from Kier´s blog.
I love these photos of me driving with a huge flowy skirt on. They are so beautiful. I know it sounds a bit tacky, but it makes me think of waves hitting a rock in the ocean.

Kongeparken
Kier and I went to Kongeparken; a very strange Norwegian amusement park, in June. It has a very random mix of attractions as it has gone bankrupt and changed owners many times, and because of that some parts of the park are completely derelict. We were probably the oldest people there, and the best rides were closed due to shady weather. We had a good ol´time though. All photos are by Kier
